Studio apartments come in 3 categories ranging from a Full-Sized Studio to a King-Sized Studio, and are perfect for extended stays for one or two tenants. Each room is fully furnished with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, kitchenette, queen murphy bed, and 55” Smart TV. Decor is chic and modern, featuring black cupboards with gold trimmings and marble countertops. Shared washer and dryer are available for use and rooms are protected with Smart Lock electromechanical locks. Rent includes all utilities and TV service, and parking is available for an additional charge.
